Castille is a selectively mute witch who communicates through Blue, her bird familiar. Castille found Blue while finding ingredients for her potions. She had a broken wing, Castille healed Blue to the best of her abilities, and now Blue wants to repay the debt with her life. Castille works as an apothecary. All she wants to do is make potions and sell them, she just wants to help people in whatever way she can. Castille often puts others before herself, frequently becoming sick herself. She’s a quiet person (even when communicating through Blue), sarcastic and calm.

Villain
When Theo was younger, she found black magic to be interesting and tried dabbling in it. She thought it was a hoax when nothing had happened, until years later, well into her early twenties, she realized there was a voice in her head much louder than her own, and realized that she’d do things without remembering she had done it. Theo recognized this voice to be her own, but it used to be whispers of her darkest thoughts. Now, it seemed to have a mind of its own. Now, it seemed to take control of Theo. The voice took the shape of her shadow. Now, Theo, when under the influence of her shadow, is cold and has a superiority complex, calculating and demeaning.
